Yamasetta is an Italian-inspired dish of minced (ground) beef cooked with onions and tomatoes, or tomato soup, layered with cooked pasta and cheese and baked.

The link below has a popular recipe for yamasetta. I can't say where the term originated, though there's clearly Italian influence in the name, but I'm told the dish tastes very good.
