What is the value of a belgium made browning30.06 rifle with the elk on the side of it in good shape?

Not enough information to give you an accurate answer. If the rifle is a Browning Automatic Rifle, and the animal is a deer (no elk in my references) it may be a BAR Grade II. Depending on condition, anywhere from $500-$800. The BAR is a superb rifle- well made, and extremely accurate for an autoloader.
