Where is the neutral safety switch located and how do you change it on a 1986 Chevy Nova with an automatic transmission?

Engine compartment, on top of the transmission. Where the shift cable ends there should be a "box" with wires coming out of it. This is the neutral safety switch. Should be 2 ? bolts holding it on. Loosen bolts, take the shift cable out and change it.
