What level does Pidgeotto evolve in pokemon soulsilver?

Somewhere in the 30's. Anyone who says 30 is wrong, because i have a level 32 pidgeotto that iraised from level 4. Do not expect an evolution until at LEAST level 33. Also, if anyone knows for sure, feel free to edit.
