What is Blair bell procedure?

I had a blair bell procedure done when I was 18 and planning on getting married. During a pap smear, the doctor finally noticed how tight I was down there. My vagina was the size of a 12 year old at the most. The procedure consisted of enlarging the area so it was more comfortable. I had a ton of stitches and was in hospital quite awhile, but then that was 30 years ago. It is also called Fentons.
