What is the name of a movie where they kill people to eat them?

The 1989 movie Parents was about a little boy -- not a girl -- who finds out his parents eat people. I haven't gotten around to seeing it yet, but it's supposed to be great: really creepy and disturbing, with lots of black humor. Maybe that is what you're thinking of?
