Answer:Two hours at 130 f until bacon is dry and forms pellicle. Slowly increase to 145 and hold for two hours. Increase to 160 f & smoke with hickory for 4 hrs until internal reaches 142 f. Refrigerate overnite and slice next day --- simple, no rocket science involved.
