Where can I find the cheapest laptop computer?

At the low end, it is kind of a toss up, since there are a lot of companies competing. DELL, Asus, Lenovo, Acer, Gateway, and Toshiba are all good brands you can find at low prices. Check your local Best buy, Microcenter, or Fry's. Also, look into getting a Netbook, as they can be cheaper too.
