Where is the engine temperature sensor on a 94 GMC 5.7?

It may have 2 engine temp sensors/sending units. One for the dash gauge and is located on the side of the drivers side cylinder head and has one wire leading to it. The other feeds temp info to the ECM and is located next to the thermostat housing and has two wires leading to it.
