How do you open a gojo soap dispenser?

I could not figure this out either, until my know-it-all uncle showed me in about 0.02 seconds. You squeeze both sides from the top to unlock!

As for the soap refill itself, just poke with a paper clip into IUD and push the button a couple of times...
