First of all i is bad for you to only eat one meal a day. second of all, you usually don't lose weight when you only eat one meal a day because you tend to over eat when you eat that meal. your body is very hungry so you eat more than normal and then your body stores as much of that meal as it can including the bad stuff so that you have energy when you don't eat. after a while it builds up and you actually end up gaining weight.
