Performance skills are the things every professional dancer does when performing a chroeographed piece. These things include things such as:
- Focus - focusing on the audience or a body part
- Projection - showing emotion through movements
- Extension - extending limbs to perform clean and neat movements
- Effort - commiting your self fully into doing your best
- Energy - making the performance appear lively
- Clarity of Movement - performing the routine/sequence as it was taught
- Musicality - dancing in the style of the music, you wouldn't perform a classic balletic piece to modern jazz/tap music.
