What is the nights of kronos on sonic next gen?

Nights of Kronos is an achievement said to 'unlock the complete ending to the hidden story', in order to get the achievement you need to get a S rank on End of the World and defeat Solaris with an S rank

Personally I don't think it unlocks anything, I just got the achievement and I see no complete ending ):
