on a cellular level, both plants and humans have cell nucleus, ribosomes, lysosomes, endoplasmatic retticulum, Golgi apparatus. The major difference between plants and animals on the cellular level is that animals get their energy mainly from the mitochondriums while the plants get their energy from their chloroplasts. Both cells divide by mitosis (and meiOSis when forming gametes).
