How do you upload music CD's onto yiur ipid touch?

Plug your iPod into the computer that it's set up with. Make sure iTunes is open. Let is sync and do everything it needs to do. Then, put the CD with the music you want into the computer. It should ask you if you want to download the music into iTunes. Make sure to say yes. When it's all done downloading the songs, Sync your iPod again by clicking on your iPod under the devices tab on the far left, then clicking sync in the bottom right hand corner. Make sure the CD is done downloading first.
