How do you fix the telescope on the club penguin mission?

When you become a secret agent you get the blue phone. If you go into the mission with the missing puffles, You get to the part where the sad penguin broke his telescope. You fix it by going onto your phone, and there is a small oval red button at the top. It says tools. Click that and then use the wrench and fix it. :D then you just go catch the puffles at the mountain.
