On The Lighter Side:

As an avid chaser of smallmouth bass, also known as "smallies," I can tell you that after fishing the rivers of the state of Virginia, I believe many have been there not long enough. So, after careful consideration, I must say that they must reside in the state at least ten years, as to grow to a decent size for catching. Virginia must pass laws now to prevent smallies from leaving the state before that time!
