When you pierce your navel can you use a ring?

Yes it can! But only if they are the same size gauge. I personally wear a size 14 for all but my ears (they are an 8) and interchange hoops, horseshoes, and barbells between all of them.

Just like any jewelry, make sure you properly clean and disinfect it before putting it into your skin.
