Who is Nos Populus and don't give me a political answer I want to know who they are and where are they funded?

Not sure who they are but their "we the people" is full of incoherent and unsubstansiated assertions if not all-out lies,the fact they won't step forward to face scrutiny says alot, although the populace this is being circulated among seem to believe anything anti obama Karl Rove has been quiet for awhiie---hmmm
