How do you install rear wheel seal in a 1979 150?

Remove wheel
Remove brake drum
Axle should be secured by 4 bolts accessible by hole in side of hub rotate to align with bolt
Remove 4 bolts
Axle should slide out
Bring to a machine shop to remove back plate and replace seal and bearing?
