Wear a short barbell with small ends/balls. Not so short that its tight and hurts though. If you can, get something flexible, like bioplast. Definitely don't wear dangles. You can cover it with a bandage or gauze and tape to protect it if it's hit. I've heard of people taking eyepatches and taping that over them. If it does get hit/irritated, soak it with warm water and just pamper it haha :) Hope this helps!
