How old to work at Kinkos?

FedEx Kinko's has recently changed it's name to FedEx Office. I was hired when they were still FedEx Kinko's. I was hired at age 18. My manager said that they would hire applicants who are 17. I believe they are only interested in 17-year-old applicants who will be turning 18 within the next few months, though.
