Salvo fish is short for fish salmon it is a dish: the ingredients are:/2 pound of cooked or smoked Salmon
1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup lite mayo
1/4 cup fresh Dill, chopped
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
salt/pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Break the Salmon up into little bits and set aside. In a large bowl mix the mayo and cream cheese until it's lump free. Next stir in the lemon peel, lemon juice and all the spices except for the Dill. Mix until well blended. You can use a hand mixer or just whisk it well. Fold in the fresh dill and Salmon last. Pop in the fridge until ready to use, transfer to serving bowl and serve with crackers, pita chips or even celery. Enjoy!
