one 10 by 10 inch of square metal about 8 ml thick. Cut out a blade that 0s about or close to 6 1/2 inches long. sharpen the edges on a grinder to the sharpness you want. Next cut out a rectangular metal peice about 2/3 of an inch. weld the blade and handle together then use string to grip your handle. if you want your kunai to be naruto style tie a ring at the end of your kunai's handle.
