Try a bit of oil, like salad oil. Tho really, it should come off after a few days as the children wash their hands with soap, and also take baths. Hopefully the tie dye was non-toxic, and they will get a kick out of having multi-coloured hands. As the skin on our bodies sloughs off naturally, it will take care of itself in a few days.
