Do you get whiskers if you draw on your face?

Do you get whiskers? No.

Can you draw them on? Yes.

Drawing on your face will not cause anything, except maybe a rash if you have sensitive skin or use something irritating on your skin. But I wouldn't recommend doing it too much.
