How do you call a toll-free number from another country?

* Dial the international access code to get on to the international network. In the US and Canada the access code is 011 and in the UK and most European countries it is 00. * Then dial the country code. For the US the country code is 1, for the UK it is 44, for Germany it is 49 and so on. * Then dial the subscriber number without the initial zero.
