Where is the fuse box on a polaris sportsman 600 twin 2003 model?

This year and model doesn't have a fuse box. MY 2003 Polaris Sportsman 600 twin has TWO breakers below the front center headlight, under the panel. They are inside black plastic pouches that are zip-tied to electric cables.
