Where is crazy red at on animal crossing for the GameCube?

On Animal Crossing Wild world for Nintendo DS, Crazy Redd will visit your town on a random day of the week. (Usually Wednesdays). If you are a member of his 'family' he will send you a letter with the passWord for his shop. If you aren't a member, you can find out the passWord from one of your neighbours.

On Animal Crossing: Let's go to the city / City folk he has a shop in the city. Get an invitation from your neighbours and give it to him. When you are a member, he will let you shop there. (You have to pay 3,000 bells to become a member though!)
