Can implantation bleeding be brown then turn red the same day?

my actual period bleeding is high. my last period is on 3rd may.in 28th evening i sex with my husband .after the sex i go to bathroom and spotted little brown colour passing the urine then the29th may evening itbecome bleeding in pinkish red colour it continue on next day night then it become decreasing and come in brown colour.am i pregnant
