How use radio on euro truck simulator?

You need to have the music files saved on your computer, in .OGG file format. If they are not in this format, download an .OGG converter.

Then you need to move the .OGG files into the "music" folder in the Euro Truck Simulator folder (usually My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator/music).

Now, you just need to launch the game and press the "R" key while playing and select a song.
