How do you wake up kip in bin weevils?

Hi! If your talking about the lost bin pet mission then I can help! Above Kip are some arrows and one pipe leads you to Kip and you have to move the arrows around until you put them in the right order. Once you do, you click on the little boot thing that kicks the pipe and water goes through the arrows and splash on Kip. He will wake up and say some stuff.
