A low white blood cell count only means there is no infection. A low red blood cell count could mean anemia, such as often happens when kittens have fleas -- fleas suck blood from the host. Anemia can cause severe weakness, such as not being able to stand. The inappetance (no appetite) and lack of drinking and urination may just mean she has no energy to eat and drink and is getting dehydrated.

Since this is an old question, I hope you took kitty to a vet to get rehydrated first. Second, the kitty and house needs treated if fleas or flea dirt are seen on the kitty. Third, Vets have special wet kitty food that will get even the sickest cat / kitty to eat. Fourth, an anemic cat needs plenty of water and kitty food to recover and the anemia must be re-checked in a few weeks.
