Is there a problem with the 2004 Hyundai Elantra wearing out tires?

the original equipment tires have a short life span. put a higher mileage, higher quality tire on the car. maintain tire rotations(3000 to 5000 miles), alignments( check once a year), and suspension checks(each tire rotation).
