What is Forever 21's return policy?

Forever 21 is known for their strict return policy. In addition to the original receipt, items returned must have all tags and be returned within 21 days of purchase. Forever 21 does not offer refunds, only store credit or exchange. Lingerie and accessories are final sale.

Returns for purchases on Forever21.com cannot be returned in-store. They must be mailed back - see the instructions on your packing slip.
