Can over the counter foggers kill bed bugs and fleas?

Some of the adults, but I would not rely on one for either of these pests. Bedbugs are particularly hardy creatures & if they are in your box springs, most pros will recommend you discard or put a slipcover over to seal them in since there are too many nooks & crannies to effectively treat unless you use heat & a lot of it.
