Is it easy to clean a trombone?

If your Trombone does not come with a cleaning kit, you can purchase one at your local music supply. As long as you use your kit, it should be fairly easy. If you have a music teacher, you can ask him to show you how to do it correctly. If not, there are several videos on YouTube.
