Eat Fresh Vegetables At The Time Of Breakfast..Skip your Lunch...Dont Eat Any Snacks During The Time Distance Of Your Breakfast To Lunch..If You Feel hungry During That Time eat Fresh Vegetables and fruits...And If You Going Somewhere Try To Avoid Lift Use Stairs either...And In Dinner Avoid rice..Have The Food Which Does Not Contains Rice In it.Ignore Drinking Cold Drinks.Drink Warm Water....Stop Sleeping Too much If u r...Sleep At least & Hours..Because You Lose Calories While U sleep..Avoid Sugar..And Anything Which Contains Sugar....I think That Is enough To Lose 8kg In 3 Weeks...
