to lose fat, cardio and to tone your butt, get on your hands and knees(or elbows and knees), hold up 1 leg(thigh paralell to ground and lower leg 90 degree angle) and lift up and down fairly fast...do about 50 on each leg 2 times...inner thighs...lay on your side on your elbow and lift one leg up...do mini circles...about 15 of them, raising your leg higher and then lower...then switch legs
