Can Geraniums survive the winter stored without light?

Do you mean Geraniums or Pelargoniums. Geraniums are hardy herbaceous plants and should not need to be stored. Pelargoniums are tender plants and need protection in winter. If they are in pots take them inside and keep them frost free, they need very little water while they are almost dormant. To be safe take some cuttings now to increase the chance of success. If they are in the ground lift them cut the tops back to about 4 inches trim the roots and put in a pot water once and leave in shelter as with the pot ones and shorten back further when you see the new buds shooting.
