Why do folks in Spain have daisy stickers on the back of their cars?

Daisy stickers were made popular when Fernando Alonso a formula one race car driver had the symbol on his uniform. Some stickers represent the clothing designer guru, and some are for a windsurfing brand. Most people just have them because they are a current fad and everyone else has them.
