What are the restrictions for giving blood?

to be at least 50 kg and at least 18 years old.

to have a normal hemoglobin level and be over all healthy.

not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.

not to have gotten a tattoo or piercing recently (4-6 months time i think!).
