Texas -- For fully insured medical plans, the TX Department of Insurance mandates all insurers print the Words "MOTORCYCLE HEALTH" on medical ID cards. According to the law: "...By adding those Words, the insurer is stating that the person named on the card is covered by a health plan that provides medical benefits for injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. The Words "MOTORCYCLE HEALTH" must be printed in all capital letters; must be printed in at least 8-point boldface font; and must be located on a prominent place on the card...."
