How dangerous is it to leave a BB in the back of head. My son got a BB shot behind the ear. Went to ER and Dr. wouldn remove it just yet.?

Trust your doctor. If it is a steel BB, there may be no reason to have it removed, as it wouldn't leach dangerous substances into the body. It could easily cause more damage trying to remove it than leaving it there.
