How do you lower the front lower control arms on a 1990 Lincoln Mark VII?

Lowering Control Arms!You cannot lower the control arms on these cars! If you want to lower the car there are limit switches (they look like tiny little shocks) one on each control arm and one in the center of the rear over the center unit (where the ring and pinion gears are. There are 3 positions to place the limit switches you will have to figure out which way to go with them to lower the car. They may already be in the lowest position? If you have seen these cars riding real low it could just be the car has bad airbags????? These 3 positions holes are not going to change the ride height much maybe and inch up or down if that!
