How long do the withdrawals last for after stopping ibuprofen?

I don't know if you can or not. This is why I'm looking for the info. I was taking 600-800 mg a day due to severe shoulder pain. I stopped taking it as of yesterday morning and started experiencing all-over body aches, a dull headache, fatigue, and general malaise.
