Carbs and fats, simple carbs such as cookies and cakes, cheese crackers. if you use the complex carbs like vegetables and fruits they are better. Steak, a baked potatoe with butter, sour cream, and brocolli with cheese, a salad with ranch dressing and dessert is pretty much a high calorie meal, but if you did not eat much all day i guess it could pass.... but the meal itself is high calorie, oh i forgot the drinks, alcohol or soda's.
