Has Tim howard gone to jail?

As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, Tim Howard, the former professional soccer goalkeeper, has not gone to jail. He is known for his successful soccer career and his work as a sports commentator and philanthropist. Any developments beyond that date are not within my knowledge.
