What are the softwares used for animation?

Try Pivot, you make little stickmen and you can make their arms move and everything. If you want ones you can put on disc, your computer has a software called Windows Movie Maker, I use that! Draw a person on paint with its mouth closed, save it, go back on the person you drew, make its mouth open, then save it. Then you will have 2 pictures, one with its mouth closed, and one with its mouth open! You can speak into a microphone and make them talk! Hope this helped!
