Up to 24 hours after taking an overdose, you may feel fine and may have even had time to forget you did this because you will go on as if nothing has happened. If you get your stomach pumped up to 2 hours after taking an overdose, you will spare yourself the torture. If not, the medicine will be absorbed by your liver. Then you will feel extremely sick to your stomach. Symptoms include:

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Not feeling well
• Not able to eat or poor appetite
• Abdominal pain

Then these symptoms will go away for a little while. That phase can last 24-48 hours. If you are lucky, your body will heal itself. If not, you may have permanently harmed your liver or you will quickly die within the next week as the symptoms get worse.
